| The translation of Chinese lyric prose and verse into English is very complex process of artistic recreation. In order to achieve an integral artistic effect, it requires the translator precisely appreciate the aesthetic factors of the original text on the basis of correct comprehension, and make all efforts to covey these factors from perspectives of content of theme and feelings, linguistic features, and rhetoric devices, etc. The paper tries to find some valuable approaches to representation of poetic charm of Chinese lyric prose and verse in translation.
